  # History   Caligula was born in Alexandria, within the ninth reflection. Enslaved at a young age with his tribe, Cal was forced to mine Electrope to supply the Preservation. During a routine mine, a sudden static storm caused a cave-in on Caligula and his family. Cal was the only to survive, suffering severe injuries that resulted in the Electrope ore merging with his body, giving his scales and eyes their unique glow. Cal was discovered by Oblivion, being taken in as a teenage orphan and raised among the middle-ranks of the Alexandrian resistance.Reserved and meticulous, Cal faced a constant internal struggle, the Electrope that flowed through him blessed him with unique capabilities, however he loathed it for taking his family from him.After Alexandria was merged with the Source, Cal took the chance to escape, eventually being picked up a group of wandering Turali hunters - Vipers. They took him under their wing, teaching him their unique style of combat, with which he learned to harness the electric capabilities provided to him by his Electrope infusion.
